Whether it’s the new development of an innovative Think Campus or the expansion of a logistics portfolio with 5 properties at 4 locations and a total of approx. 190,000 sqm of land area – our projects are challenging, exciting and have a future. Because ESG is one of our core themes: Our projects stand for resource-saving building materials, we reduce the consumption of grey energy to a minimum, give properties a second sustainable life within the scope of brownfield revitalisations and pay attention to climate-friendly operation. Long life cycles and LEED or DGNB Gold certification are part of the usual programme for us. Here you can get an impression of the projects we have already realised.
