Online dispute resolution
Under ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, the European Commission provides a platform for on line that consumers can use to resolve disputes. There further information can be found on the subject of dispute arbitration.
Extrajudicial dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution proceeding before a consumer arbitration body in the event of a dispute with a consumer.

Pursuant to §7 subs. 1 TMG, as service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general laws.
