Your tasks

  • Responsibility for checking and processing invoices as well as filing all receipts
  • Planning and processing the complete payment transactions as well as monitoring all account movements
  • Processing of travel expense reports for the management
  • Further processing of payrolls (filing & forwarding to the employees)
  • Interface and contact person for the tax consultant
  • Preparation of company figures for the management as a basis for future financial decisions

Our requirements

  • Completed training in accounting, alternatively training in controlling or a degree in business administration, taxation or finance and insurance.
  • You have extensive, reliable IT skills and have no problems using MS Office and electronic interfaces to tax advisors and the tax office.
  • Mastery of simple and complex calculation methods
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting and financial accounting
  • Structured and precise way of working as well as a quick grasp of things
  • Goal-oriented, self-reliant work and ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Your tasks

  • Support in the acquisition of new projects as well as in purchase and sales processes
  • Preparation of construction cost estimates and participation in technical DD processes of acquisitions

  • Preparation and updating of project budgets with the help of Alasco

  • Checking of invoices and tracking of release processes via Alasco
  • Technical assistance with leasing activities
  • Technical assistance in the conclusion of lease negotiations
  • Active technical asset management in the portfolio

Our requirements

  • Completed studies in one of the following fields:  Architecture / Civil Engineering / Project Management / Technical Building Services.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the development and realisation of complex new building and repositioning projects as an architect, construction manager, developer or service provider
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Your tasks

  • Accompanying the acquisition review of new projects and supporting feasibility studies and project analyses
  • Drawing up project development strategies with the involvement of potential project partners or users
  • Formulation of sustainability strategies and coordination of all project participants for successful implementation

Our requirements

  • Completed studies in the field of economics or engineering, preferably with real estate reference
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in project development of a real estate related company
