Dr Ingo Holz earned his doctorate in business administration at the University of Mannheim in 1992. After working for Deutsche Bank (international real estate investment/ project development) for five years he founded BEOS Projektentwicklung GmbH in Berlin in 1997, today BEOS AG.

He is a popular participant in podium discussions and industry events. He teaches at the universities TU Berlin and Bergische Universität Wuppertal.

In January 2019, he founded Driven Investment GmbH with his partners.

Thorsten Krauß completed his apprenticeships as a mason and carpenter. He studied business administration and civil engineering at the TU Berlin.

After completing his studies he worked as an assistant to the board chairman and as managing director of F.C. Trapp AG Wesel. From 1993 until 2015, Thorsten Krauß was managing partner of UNDKRAUSS Baugesellschaft GmbH. Since 2016 he has been CEO of UNDKRAUSS Bauaktiengesellschaft. In January 2019, he founded Driven Investment GmbH with his partners.

Mr Krauß also serves in various working groups and technical committees. He is an advisory member of the Immobilienforum Berlin.

Ingo Weiss completed his apprenticeship as a concrete and reinforced concrete constructor as well as a degree in civil engineering (TU Berlin). As a real estate economist (EBS) he also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and WHU. In 2013 he was named a fellow of the RICS.

He has more than 20 years of experience in his core competencies of project development and transaction management.

Ingo Weiss held various management positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE. Among other things he was managing director of Tetris Design & Build, managing director at CBRE and head of real estate advisory services at JLL. In 2015, he founded Weiss & Cie Advisory GmbH in Berlin and is its managing partner since.

In January 2019, he founded Driven Investment GmbH with his partners.

Toğrul Gönden studied architecture at the TU Berlin and Universidad de Sevilla.

Subsequently he advised municipalities in tendering and implementation of PPP projects while at PSPC GmbH.

Between 2006 and 2012, Toğrul Gönden held positions at JLL in Berlin, Munich, Istanbul und Moscow in the field if property and asset management. In his last position at JLL he was a national director and department head for Russia and CIS.

In 2013 he became managing partner of Cushman & Wakefield in Turkey, a post he held until the end of 2018.

Since 2019 he has been managing director of Driven Investment GmbH.

Horst Weis began his professional career in the banking sector more than 30 years ago with an apprenticeship as a banker, which he later rounded off with a degree in banking. In 1998 he completed his contact studies at the European Business School (ebs), which he completed with a degree in real estate economics (ebs). Horst Weis has been active in the commercial real estate financing segment since 2000.

He was most recently Head of Real Estate Finance Berlin at Helaba – Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen, where he was responsible for the Berlin market area including the former New Federal States. Prior to this, Horst Weis held various positions in real estate financing at HypoVereinsbank AG (Unicredit Group) and subsequently at Hypo Real Estate (now Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG).

In October 2020, Horst Weis joined the management of Driven, where he is responsible for the areas of financing and underwriting, among other things.

Niels Berl studied business administration at Cass (now: Bayes) Business School in London and then real estate finance at Cambridge University.

He then worked for 7 years at the private equity fund ‘Terra Firma Capital Partners’ with a focus on the German market. Among others, Terra Firma owned Tank & Rast, as well as Vonovia until its IPO. He then worked for the British real estate developer, The Collective, where he built up the German business.

In 2021, Niels Berl founded Driven Living GmbH together with Driven Investment GmbH, where he serves as Managing Partner.
