We are launching a pioneering project in Steglitz-Zehlendorf: a seven-storey office building on Schloßstrasse/Wrangelstrasse, which we are realising together with Berliner Volksbank. Our goal: to revitalise the district with innovative architecture and charitable facilities.
Monument protection was also taken into account. The visual axis “Schloßstraße-Dorfkirchhof Steglitz-Wrangelschlösschen-Matthäuskirche” will not be impaired by the new building and DGNB Gold certification is being sought.
