Your tasks

  • Responsibility for ensuring and coordinating the internal, project-related organisational processes and procedures of the Construction Team
  • Responsibility for coordinating the interfaces to external accounting, controlling and tax consultants
  • Implementation of projects and maintenance of project data in the project software and EDP
  • Coordinating and supporting the preparation of technical budget planning
  • Cost monitoring for construction measures
  • Participation in the preparation and evaluation of tenders and award processes, preparation of award recommendations and coordination of contracts
  • Organisational involvement in contract negotiations with tenants or service providers
  • Participation in quality assurance in the projects
  • Preparation of activity-related project reporting and liquidity planning
  • Participation in monitoring project and cost targets for tenant improvements
  • Reporting to the construction managers

Our requirements

  • Completed studies in the field of economics or engineering, preferably with a real estate focus, or commercial or technical, real estate-related training with sound experience in comparable positions
  • Distinct technical and commercial understanding
  • Structured and precise way of working as well as a quick grasp of things
  • Goal-oriented, self-reliant work and ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

– General office organisation and assistant tasks
– Written and telephone correspondence

OUR REQUIREMENTS

– Completed commercial apprenticeship and/ or minimum of two years occupational experience as secretary/ receptionist (f/m/d)
– High sense of responsibility with fast, high quality and independent work habits
– Confident and sovereign presentation in contact with clients and visitors
– Industry knowledge is an advantage but not absolutely necessary
– Excellent ability in the use of MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– Very good speaking and writing skills in German language

Your tasks

-Initial assessment and preparation of profitability calculations for potential projects
-Preparation and implementation of quantitative analyses (profitability calculations, cash flow modelling, etc.) for the Investment and Asset Management divisions
-Supporting the investment team with acquisition reviews
-Supporting sales processes (including preparing the data room)
-Preparation of internal and external presentations, in particular for the Investment Committee, investment partners and lenders and preparation of the Development Manager’s regular project     reports
-Independent preparation of market and competition analyses
-Plausibility checks of market analyses and research data
-Collaboration in the coordination of external service providers in purchasing and sales (lawyers, tax consultants, technical consultants, etc.)
-Preparation of committee resolutions
-Tracking and entering relevant industry news into Salesforce
-Maintaining contact and meeting notes and acquisition lists in Salesforce
-Network maintenance in relation to brokerage houses and other market participants

Our requirements

  • Shortly before or after successfully completing a degree in economics or engineering, preferably related to real estate
  • Ideally initial work experience and/or internships
  • Strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers
  • Structured and precise way of working as well as quick comprehension skills
  • High level of self-motivation and commitment
  • A sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Your tasks

  • Accompanying the acquisition review of new projects and supporting feasibility studies and project analyses
  • Drawing up project development strategies with the involvement of potential project partners or users
  • Formulation of sustainability strategies and coordination of all project participants for successful implementation

  • Networking with all stakeholders

Our requirements

  • Completed studies in the field of economics or engineering, preferably with real estate reference
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in project development of a real estate related company
  • Leadership qualities
  • Self-confident and confident appearance with negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
